How now?!

Meeting this fellow and his companions this morning was quite a surprise. In the farms in and around our village, the cattle are mostly Fresians.
Can anyone tell me what this breed is please?
A quick trip into town was not possible today! The road was closed due to re-surfacing. So we set off through another nearby village.....
Through floods, mud, and very narrow lanes, we finally made it! It took more than twice as long as usual!
And the road will be closed for a fortnight!!!
Online shopping is the only option!!
