Madame in the first light of morning

Really, what else can I say?  This was the sight that greeted me this morning from the kitchen window.  My pair of Eastern Bluebirds, still assessing real estate.   Her mate was perched a short distance away.  I grabbed the camera and took this shot through the window - the double-pane windows make it slightly fuzzy, but it's good enough for preserving a moment in the day.  

We are off to DC after breakfast this morning - can't wait to see nephew, his wife, her mother and our adorable grand nephew!
