Feeling Glad All Over

Grey day, but drying.

The paths of the southern washlands are drying up.

Apart from ringlets there is little flying.

The birds are mostly keeping quiet.

The roses and honeysuckle are nice.

The beans are flowering.

Anyway, I picked this Gladioli flower because of its colour.

Deep Purple.
