Why?

This is the beach about a mile from the school, easy to stroll to after lessons have finished. You don't need to lock any doors on the island, the children are pretty well behaved and the parents support the school. The environment is safe for your own children. You get an extra allowance for working on an island. But they can't find someone to teach maths on the island. Why?! I suppose there must be attractions to working in a tough comprehensive in Manchester, for example, like........?
Not quite sure whether this unrecorded stone circle was a child's play or an art project but its setting was stunning. It was even quite warm. 
That said, on the beach I bumped into the majority of my S2 maths class swimming - that didn't look like a sensible option to me but judging by the noise they were enjoying it
