Seed sowing

As a fair weather gardener, the gorgeous warm sunshine has teased me out of hibernation. Raised veg beds were installed in chez Gipsy last year and it blissfully easy to fork over the soil.
Seed planting is a ritual that I associate with my Dad. As a little girl I helped him with sowing the runner beans and I watched with delight as they eventually poked their heads up through the soil.
