Cherry Pink - Day 4

Every day more buds open. I'm having a great time with my cherry blossoms.

It just occurred to me that a year and a half ago the tree was pruned. Before that there were more branches higher up and many more blossoms. I assume, or hope, in a couple of years the tree will fill out and blossom as it did before. The point in pruning is to support the tree's growth and health, isn't it?
