Up the Creek

Today we drove down to Faversham for a walk round the creeks on the river to the 17th century shipwrights arms pub for a bite to eat and outside in the sunshine as well no less.

Faversham is home to Britain's oldest brewery "shepherd neame". Needless to say there are plenty of watering holes to choose from. It also has very investing boat yards, I'm not sure what the plastic white man in the pic signifies though! The building to the right is Oyster bay house once used for storing hops for beer so nothing to do with oysters! Just found it is for sale, 3 bedrooms over 4 floors, only £1.1 million! Ha ha perhaps I'll buy one of the smaller boats that i saw for £350 instead.

Have a great Saturday evening.
