Not the real thing

in the pictures, but a glimpse of what it could be. The new house of course. It's under construction, so there's only walls at the moment.

The one we reserved in in the corner, which means that we get bit of extra square meters and extra windows (which is fabulous). The ones in the middle only get window for two directions, we get to three. Also as it is the corner plot and we get the extra squares it's not a rectangle as the rest. It widens towards the back wall from the entrance. So there are no exact plans for that house, but we met the architect and she will draw it to us. The houses have A, B & C options for the two floors you can choose from. Each costing regarding what you choose. Our choice is the ultimate loft and since there were no plans for that in the corner, we get everything we wanted. Wide open loft has been my dream for long and now it's hopefully happening.

So our choice is wide open upstairs and downstairs has open kitchen/living room and an extra bedroom. When you walk into the house it's double height at first. The upstairs is smaller than downstairs. And then we bought a rooftop terrace to it. And the architect will calculate it to hold a hot tub for four. Also we get water and electricity to the rooftop terrace which will be bout 40m2. It has a very miniature plot, so the rooftop will be our garden.


It's modern house with very big windows in the front.  It's like a cube, but our cube gets wider towards the end. What else can I tell you? Except now we worry that something goes wrong before it's finished. And we need to find a place to live until the end of this year.



It's about 2,5 km from the beach. Under 10min drive to the airport, and 15 min to Alicante and Elche and perhaps 25min to Torrevieja. Shops in walking distance. Nature reserve very close. Can you guess where it is?
