Memory tree

In the little park round the corner from where we live there are several trees and benches dedicated to the memories of people who have died.  This one in particular often has lovely items hanging from it's branches.  Today I noticed there were a few painted eggs, left over from Easter.

I believe it's in memory of a little girl.
