Rusty Veil

There's an old set of mattress springs that has been sitting in the alley all week...thought I'd do something with it.

Not sure what this represents...marks of consumerism on humanity?

Or maybe I just liked the patterns and thought they looked like a strange lace veil...



Just noticed I seem to have done a self-portrait a year ago, too. Must be something about heat waves and not wanting to go outside for long to find a shot.
