The Washing Line and The Wheelbarrow

'My days of drying washing are over
For I'm DERELICT
And the Wheelbarrows filled with CLUTTER
Oh dear! what are we to do?'

(I have tried to take in three challenges: Derelict Sunday, Alphabetical Month and Poem a Day - not sure if I have succeeded)
