Derelict Sunday: Swimming Pool

This local swimming pool was closed down in 2005 and has stood derelict and causing controversy with local residents ever since. 

At some point planning permission was granted to turn it into flats but nothing ever came of it. Recently two caravans moved in front of the building and were burnt and left. The forecourt is now a general dumping ground for rubbish. I think there are now squatters using it, so at least it's of use to someone.
