Drip, drip

I live in a lovely but old granite house. Unfortunately we get a periodic leak in our bedroom ceiling due to a faulty parapet gutter. Many of our neighbours have the same problem - it seems to be some design flaw or just that the houses are over 100 years old. Last night it started to drop again. We are now sleeping in the back bedroom and our helpful slater has been summoned.
