They came back today…

SO: I was able to get that bit closer with another lens, but still had to crop to make it the picture I wanted. But cropping lost a bit of focus, so… 
Better, but not what I really wanted. However, it will go in my Lightroom 'Collection of British Birds I've seen and recorded'.  And I'm happy with that. I'll still look to get crisper focus, and, even more, a goose/geese doing something that makes it a picture rather than just a record. What I really need is better handling with my unsteady hands or better tripod and camera handling. Or both. Hey-ho! But the 'hobby' wouldn't be worth it if it was too easy, would it?
