Earn his stripes

I spent, I spent so it was back to work I went (whistles to tune of I owe I owe).......Busy day as is usual when your back from leave and everyone wants you for 5 minutes that never is 5! never quite seem to get everything sorted after leave think you need leave to get over the return!

After work I joined Jack for the last half hour of his Aikedo lesson and he earns another blue stripe and a little more practice and its first belt for him. He is getting really good at the technique and they said he has picked it up very quickly. Very proud of him :)
