Tim tam slammers

Nice quiet day to-day- raining on and off- I've got hooked on these biscuits especially if you do a 'tim tam slammer'. For the uninitiated, you nibble off opposite ends, dip it in your hot coffee then use the biscuit as a straw- when the coffee get through to your lips, you slam the whole biscuit in your mouth!!! very naughty but yummy! I never buy chocolate biscuits at home but can't resist these!
Off to do a mini pack for our long week-end up at Hervey Bay! Fingers crossed for some whale sightings!
