Car Wash

When it rains I always soap up the car and leave it to rinse, all the flies & dirt are softened and slide off nicely.

Day Twelve of Diet, no weight loss for last three days though still following the plan 99%. Think I am getting my dimples back.

Hubby however is eating for three, yesterday he had breakfast at 6:00am, second breakfast at 9:00am, Lamb roast dinner in canteen at lunchtime, cake somebody took to work in afternoon, umpteen Lattes, and they went out for a curry at night. That's like a fortnights calories for me just now. It's not fair.
