We woke to blue skies this morning so I was grateful that the only purchase I made on our shopping trip was a pair of sunglasses. Not related to all we had drunk last night, I just have sensitive eyes and get headaches very quickly in bright light without them. We started our morning a York Minster for the Palm Sunday service, beginning with a precession around the Minster, following the donkey and the choir. Amusingly the donkey was rather reluctant to go inside and had to have a big shove from behind! A lovely service followed, after which it was coffee time, a further wander around the shops and then time to head home.
