Hillside

A few weeks ago one of my oldest friends emailed to ask if we would like to join them on their family holiday for a couple of days. They had booked a cottage just outside Sandsend, near Whitby, with her Dad and his partner Ann and they had a spare room if we fancied it.
We fancied it.
I grabbed a photo of the blue sky as the weather forecast claimed it would be the last we saw of it that week.
