Verona holiday day 4

A trip to Venice today was on the cards and was around a 2hr train journey from Verona. I have to say Venice was one of the best places I've ever been to. It was so interesting to visit with the historical architecture and little alleyways alongs the canals to explore through. The fact that it's an ancient city and built on the water with so much natural beauty makes it such a great place to be.
We went on a boat ride first from the Grand Canal to St Mark's square. Looked at lots of shops (getting extremley lost along the way) and took many photos. There was so much to see and I was really impressed, I just fell in love with the place.
