Penguin

Slower than a penguin's potter, I walked round the lanes today.  It's amazing what you find. 

I heard some buzzards calling on the way out and on our return, watched what I'm assuming is a male, proudly show off a piece of mistletoe catkin twig to its potential bird.

This little owl spotted me first.

I've found it difficult to select a photo today so I'm adding the buzzards for an extra good memory.
