Repair kit

Our wonderful hosts sent this today.

As we were leaving I found a little screw on the carpet. As we ( me) were a little stressed to get to Raigmore for Ally to have his eye looked at, I never really paid any notice to it. When we arrived at the hotel and unpacked I discovered the handle of the case was loose.
Doh!

A little chat with cuz and this arrived home as we did 2 days later.

 Now that is service.
