Thank you to everyone for your concern over my little injury, am loving the warm sympathy :-)

Keeping it simple today. Had a short, flat walk by the canal just to stretch stuff, did about 2.5miles and the leg was ok apart from feeling a little tender. Going to try to do just that over the next few days and hopefully give it time to heal properly.

The picture shows some gorgeous fungi growing out of a fallen tree trunk by the edge of the canal. Thought it very unusual. Mind was on other things today and can you believe I forgot to take my camera on the walk! Totally unheard of. So this was taken on my phone and just tweaked a bit in LR.
