Museum of Liverpool ...

I have been on leave today, so we arranged a day out in Manchester & Liverpool with Phil.

After leaving Shrewsbury we drove to The Etihad Stadium in Manchester home of Manchester City FC, I needed to exchange a City shirt.  
I really enjoyed taking a few pictures around the campus especially those of the City Football Academy linked to the stadium by a footbridge.

I have read a lot about this & indeed it did not disappoint, it is a world class facility.

We then headed for Albert Docks in Liverpool & had a lovely afternoon, I was very impressed, the era has been regenerated & it was a pleasure to visit.

We did run out of time but will definitely be returning to Liverpool :-)
