Back Down and Looking Up

Back down the hill for the first time in a few days, to visit the surgery for a check up, looking up while I was waiting. A final suture removed and the soluble ones trimmed to make me look a little more human! I'm healing well on the outside at least. Just not so sure about the inside. It does seem to be a bit up and down at the moment.
