An everyday sight?

We went for a long local walk today straight from home across the fields to a local pub for a pint of cider and then home again.

This Hasidic Jew family seemed in a hurry as they walked a parallel path to us. They must be staying at the Jewish activity centre a couple of miles away. Skeet hill house was purchased by the Jewish youth fund in 1943 for use by the Brady boys club as a retreat away from the east end of London. Parts of the house are 400 years old and it can sleep 70 people. It's good to see multi-cultural Britain alive and well in the green fields of Kent.

Home made fennel tea on arrival home.

Extra is the 16th century pub the Bo peep which is always good for food, cider and of course other beverages.

Have a great evening.
