This old house is in my neighbourhood. Intriguing place, nothing like any other house around. Lots of stone work, stone carvings, beautiful old brick fireplaces. Badly damaged by the quakes I thought it would come down, but it's now looking as if it's being carefully taken apart, strengthened and restored. Will be very special when it's done, and certainly for this home a New Beginning
