Just Before ... A New Beginning ...

The breaking down of one event is the beginning of another. This is my contribution to the theme of this mono Monday. Big thanks to davidc for being so kind hosting this theme and challenge this month.

In the first months of spring this Ferris wheel stood as attraction next to the new market hall. At a height of over 55 meters visitors had a beautiful view over the city of Rotterdam. Now the Ferris wheel is canceled.

There are rumors about talks to leave the wheel throughout the year. Important point in the negotiations is the place where the Ferris wheel must be built.
