My Starter Creation

We had S round for dinner to celebrate her birthday and I decided to cook steak, but also wanted to go to town and do a starter too.  We had some wild caught Salmon steaks from the Atlantic so I sautéed them with the skin on and added asparagus and I made some béarnaise sauce with capers added to give the whole thing a sharp flavor.  Very enjoyable evening, washed down with some excellent red wine.  Extra photo is of the birthday girl.
