Birdy vase

Waves angry, mucky.
Undercut sand damp.
No beach glass, just broken shell.

Everyone has to have a collection of shell or ground beach glass, don't they? Mandatory in some countries.

I bought the vase about 25 years ago when visiting a pal in Utrecht. I like it a lot because it is so simple, but it's not everybody's cup of tea.

The head of my team told me some analysis I'd done of a paper for the Board was excellent. I walked about on air for the rest of the working day. Then a big reality wave hit me when I got back home. Seems though that I'm made of cork and am excellent at emotional surfing big waves.
