It had to be color today. I had some other pictures in the bag but these blossoms carpeting everything are so fleeting. Rain tonight and tomorrow so they'll be pulverized and gone.  With the azaleas also in bloom some corners of town are a bright blast of pink and purple.  Bluebells and lilacs are also doing their thing, the lilacs so fragrant as you pass by.  You can take a walk through some more petals in the extras.

Watched a beautiful movie this evening, it was a recommendation from my mother:  I Am Love (2010), Tilda Swinton, Alba Rohrwacher, et al.  Visually gorgeous; food, clothes, interiors, scenery, people.  A story about a wealthy family in Milan, tradition and love.  It was very moving and I was riveted by Tilda Swinton.
