Early Sun - Doctors Creek

This is the scene that greets us as we start walking along the paths to the Taylor River Reserve near home. The small waterbody is Doctors Creek. It looks pristine but is full of waterweed and has a muddy bottom....as I found out when Maisie took a dip in it last week. She looked and smelt disgusting and needed a good bath when I got her home. Needless to say I kept her out of the creek this morning!
