Rays

Drizzly (or worse) most of the day with a cold NE wind which didn't make the prospect of a run very inviting. It was the first of the Fife mid-week series and, although it had been dry for a short while, the rain started again just before we began, but I did catch a brief hole in the clouds.
The run was 4.5miles, about half on road and most of the rest on muddy lanes which required care to stay upright and, once started, I enjoyed the run and was pleased with my time.
