Twin peaks

Working at Arduaine again today - this is the last day this week, though I will be going back from time to time to tidy up loose ends on the identification front.

We were cataloguing plants in the the ponds - this is a self-sown plant of the Asian Skunk Cabbage,  Lysichiton camtschatcensis, though I'm sure they don't use that common name on the Kamchatka Peninsula!

It's seeded itself on the base of a big clump of Royal Fern, Osmunda regalis, beside the Top Pond.
