Good Grief 152

A happy customer gave these to me today. I was so touched. Even if I find it a struggle to change myself it is a pure joy and wonder to see it in others.
It is so hard to know what conditions facilitate change but change has happened and today I saw 2 examples of this having occurred significantly over the last 6 months or so and I remember feeling so daunted about where it was going to go to start with.
