Beautiful Colours

The Chaffinches along with the Goldfinches are the most common birds at the feeder, that splash of green almost hidden by the wings is very attractive. I was delighted to notice that the Siskins are back, they have such a distinctive call that I heard then before I saw them.
I lovely day bimbling around the garden and land here in the spring sunshine. I am barely opening up the computer at the moment so just about managing to post a picture so apologies for being rather absent, on a rainy day I'll have a good catch up with journals.
