Dinner values ......

I am really struggling with this weeks WBC however have been following the Weight Watchers programme for several months now and while cooking our dinner tonight realised that the success I have had has been completely down to the values given to the meals, recipes and foods :) The meals and recipes are delicious and very easy to cook and prepare so tonight N and I started the weekend with a portion  of smoked salmon, prawn and dill risotto and a glass of chardonnay with a value of 12 WW points :) Yum!!
