Raised bed

The Western General Hospital continues to create splashes of colour round the grounds. Seeing the construction of this one in March, made me realise what a raised bed is. There is research evidence that seeing grass and flowers speeds recovery and earlier discharge. This bed is outside the Macmillan Day Care centre, so may have a different function; I certainly find it raises the spirits.,
