New Tastes

Our last day in Tijuana started with a lovely breakfast at La Espadaña, where this mural was painted just inside the front door. We tried two dishes new to us - Eggs with "Mole" sauce (not too keen on the slight sweetness, as it's made with chocolate!) and "Pozole", which was like a spicy soup with white corn kernels in it, which was very tasty, but an unusual dish for breakfast!
In the afternoon, after our dental work was done, we got a ride in the clinic van back across the border to San Diego. There we rewarded ourselves for all our suffering with a grand dinner and a night at The Hyatt Hotel. Lovely views of the sunset over San Diego bay from the roof of the hotel, which I'm hoping D will blip
