Destruction...

City council is stripping my living area of every tree and shrub. New soil is put in, in some places. But why replace something already good and blooming? A neighbour thinks they will just put in grass everywhere. Time will tell. I will miss the spring blossoms which were so abundant and diverse everywhere near me.
