Today we walked from East Linton to Dunbar with much of the way along the banks of the Tyne.  I couldn’t decide whether to choose the Linn Gorge where the river tumbles over the rocks (extra) or the extensive Bellhaven Sands with the receding tide and the stormy sky.  We had been fortunate to miss the very heavy hail showers until two minutes after we boarded the bus and then when we were home.
