She's Back

The family returned from their road trip at midday - and wee Lexi was such a good wee soul while away. Big smiles from her and I even managed a wee cuddle.  
The afternoon has been totally spent with her although she did have a wee snooze for an hour.  They are getting her ready for bed now, here's hoping she settles in for a long sleep - her Mum and Dad are feeling very travel weary.

Doug & I managed a bike ride this morning , such a beautiful autumn morning.  It was a bit of a trial run to see if Doug's knee would behave. His physio said biking would be ok as long as on the flat but no walking as yet.  His knee is a bit achy tonight hopefully will settle againl
