Went with my sister-in-law to see this house which is for sale.
250 square meters of living space and 295 square meters of total property.
I should have known better that pictures in the internet look better than in reality.  This house needs a complete renovation from top to bottom.  Roof, heating and electricity, all the bathrooms, kitchen.  Everything!!!! And the entire construstion site because I cannot call this anything else is going for 1,2 million CHF!  Ridiculous!  We would have to invest another 500,000 just to renovate.
