Perspective.

Today I found myself thinking a lot about how I view myself in the world, or don't, and the damaging effect that has. Not just for me. For too many decades now I've been lost with no vision of who I am or where I fit; I dont exist. It's an easy and comfortable place to hide in but not a good one.
I also know its not the truth, I do have a place and an existence. And I know I have a lot of work to do. Apologies to my couple of followers for the sudden confessional, but it does feel slightly better to have it out.

Bet you weren't expecting that. Neither was I.
