Spot the dog!

An excellent meeting this morning with an organisation supporting minority ethnic carers. A focus on SDS and real community based responses.
This afternoon required a nap as a migraine kicked in. Had to get up to let the dogs out and was lovely to pop back for another wee lie down and at the same time look out for them in the garden.
