Redevelopment Opportunity

Met a client at the end of the day on an enormous site that is slowly being cleared. For now its a wannabe urban graffiti artistes unofficial playground. 
I wasn't complaining, I love seeing these places at this stage, and will never complain about ending a busy day in glorious sunshine. 
Also helped that he agreed healthy budgets.
