Yummy

This week it's my turn to bake for cake club at work. Officially I should deliver them on Friday, but I realised on my way home today that tonight would be the only chance I have to bake at a civilised time of day. Here you have the fruits of my labours, 24 scrummy Hairy Dieter's lemon and blueberry cupcakes. It has to be said that the new kitchen mixer we invested in from our Christmas pennies has made a great impact to the results. Must resist the temptation to eat them all now though!
