Shropshire Landscape ...

I have been awake since 4am :-(

I seem to have hurt my left knee & it is very painful & swollen, I don't how or what I have done to it, looking it up on the internet the pain seems to be coming from the Quadriceps tendon above the knee cap. 

I will be making an appointment at the doctors later.

As a result of the above I have arrived at work really early, the bonus being the lovely landscape I have chosen for my blip :-)
