First iris

Actually we have had the odd one out for a week,or so, but this is the first clump. There will be lots more to come. Irises and peonies are two standbys that really do well here.
Today has been mixed weatherwise. We had another half inch of rain last night. Hopefully there will be more to come. Saturday and Sunday are forecast to get into the 80s. We may be able to start on the deck next week.
