Abstract Thursday 43 - Tricolour

A red, white and blue theme for today's abstract.  Quite appropriate as the Queen is celebrating her 90th birthday today and it is 400 years on Saturday since the death of Shakespeare. and that is also St George's Day  This shot is of just three pieces of card which have been twiddled and fiddled in Serif Photo Plus software.  Twirl, radial blur and ripple filters have been added.
